How we handle your data

Your PDFs, ready to send.

PDFRally prepares your PDFs for handoff: merge, split, extract pages and convert images or text to PDF, all in your browser.

Merge PDF

Join complete scan batches in file order, review their page boundaries and reuse the combined PDF for your next task.

Two PDFs contain three labeled pages each. The output should contain six pages in the file order or alternating order you choose.

Your documents stay on this device. Tool downloads and usage statistics do not include file contents.

A practical guide

Bring the scan batches back together.

  1. Choose the PDFs from each scan batch.
  2. Arrange the complete batches in their intended reading order.
  3. Merge, inspect the batch boundaries and download or reuse the result.

Try this example

A scanner saved pages 1-3 in one PDF and pages 4-6 in another. Put the first batch before the second to make a six-page document. Separate front-and-back scans need Merge Odd and Even PDF Pages instead.

Before

  • Batch 1: pages 1-3
  • Batch 2: pages 4-6

After · one PDF

  • 1
  • 2
  • 3
  • 4
  • 5
  • 6
Append two complete scan batches in their reading order. Illustrative example.

Before you start: Merge keeps the pages within each file together. For two front-and-back scan files, open the separate Merge Odd and Even PDF Pages tool; no alternation setting is needed here.
