How we handle your data

Delete PDF Pages

Trim unwanted pages from a scanned PDF, inspect the result and reuse it in another tool without starting over.

A practical guide

Trim the scan. Keep your workflow moving.

  1. Load your scanned PDF and preview the page sequence.
  2. Select the unwanted page positions, checking the preview rather than printed labels.
  3. Remove pages, inspect the result and use it as the source for your next task.

Try this example

Remove a scanner cover sheet at position 1 and an unwanted duplicate at position 7. These are manual selections; the tool does not automatically identify duplicate pages.

Before

  • 1: Cover
  • 2
  • 3
  • 4
  • 5
  • 6
  • 7: Duplicate

After

  • 2
  • 3
  • 4
  • 5
  • 6
Remove positions 1 and 7, then reuse the trimmed scan. Illustrative example.

Before you start: Choose unwanted pages yourself. Duplicate and blank-page detection are not automatic.

What you get

Choose page positions to remove from a PDF, keeping at least one page.

Limits and important details

At least one page must remain. Removing pages is not secure redaction or metadata sanitization, and copying pages does not guarantee preservation of bookmarks, interactive forms or digital signatures. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.

Example

Enter 2, 4-6 or check those pages in Preview pages to leave them out. Your original stays available in the workspace. Choose Latest PDF result in Extract Pages to rearrange the remaining pages next.
