Merge PDF and Images
Assemble PDFs and JPG or PNG attachments into one ordered packet for the next workflow step. PDF pages are copied unchanged; up to 40 images per run.
Two three-page PDFs with a PNG image between them. The merged PDF should have seven pages; page 4 is the image, sized 1000 x 600.

Local limits: Max total size: 60 MB

A practical guide
Send one packet instead of loose files.
- Choose PDFs and JPG or PNG images together.
- Arrange the list; each image becomes one page sized to the image.
- Merge and check that pages follow the list order.
Try this example
Order a cover PDF, two PNG screenshots and a signed form PDF, then merge. Check that the screenshots sit between the cover and the form before routing.
Before
- report.pdf
- photo.png
- appendix.pdf
After
- One PDF in that order
Before you start: Images are placed at their pixel size (1 px = 1 pt), with no margin or resizing. JPG and PNG only; up to 40 images, 16 MP each and 60 MiB in total. PDF pages are copied unchanged.
Review the page orderWhat you get
Combine PDFs and JPG or PNG images into one PDF in the order you set. Each image becomes one page sized to the image.
Limits and important details
Alternate: exactly two PDFs, 10 MiB each, 200 pages total and 40 MiB output. No compression or guaranteed bookmark, interactive-form or digital-signature preservation. Password-protected PDFs are unsupported. Check page order before sharing.
Example
Order a three-page PDF, a PNG image and another PDF, then merge. The result keeps that order and the image becomes one page sized to the image. HEIC, WebP and TIFF are not accepted here.
