A practical guide
Set the sequence for the next handoff.
- Choose one PDF and inspect the page preview.
- Enter the desired page positions or arrange them in the preview.
- Create the reordered copy and verify its opening, transitions and final page.
Try this example
A workflow pack has a summary at position 5 that must lead the handoff. Arrange 5, 1, 2, 3, 4 and verify each section follows the intended sequence.

After

Before you start: Page positions start at 1 and may differ from printed page labels. Reordering changes sequence only; inspect the output against the source before relying on it.
Number the arranged pagesWhat you get
Choose pages and arrange their output order using the page preview or a list of page numbers.
