How we handle your data

PDF to JPG

Convert PDF to JPG: render chosen workflow pages as JPG images in a ZIP so a reviewer can check them outside the PDF viewer. Links do not carry over.

Synthetic example — review the operation settings before running.

A practical guide

Prepare a small review image set.

  1. Select the pages relevant to the workflow review.
  2. Choose a rendering resolution and export JPG.
  3. Unpack the ZIP and check that the output pages match the selected positions.

Try this example

From a seven-page procedure, export pages 2, 4 and 7 as JPG. Verify the three images in the ZIP before adding them to the review notes.

Before

  • Pages 1-2

After

  • 2 JPGs in ZIP
Input and expected output for this task. Illustrative example.

Before you start: The ZIP contains page images. It does not preserve searchable text, links or PDF page structure.

Combine images into a PDF
What you get

Render selected PDF pages as JPG images in a ZIP. This exports whole pages, not embedded pictures.

Limits and important details

10 MiB input, 200 source pages, 20 selected pages, 4 MP per page/image, 24 MP total and 48 MiB ZIP; extraction also caps at 100 images. Stencil masks and grouped inline images are unsupported. Extraction excludes annotation appearances and does not apply page clipping, rotation or overlays; hidden image areas may be included. Repeats are deduplicated within each page only. Complex PDFs can need more memory. No OCR; ZIP is not PDF input.

Example

Export pages 1-2 as JPG. Unpack the ZIP and check two .jpg files; text is rendered into pictures, not editable text.
