A practical guide
Keep the walkthrough steps in sequence.
- Choose the PNG screenshots and arrange them by walkthrough step.
- Select a page size and margins, keeping original preparation if alpha transparency matters.
- Create the PDF and check that each screenshot is readable on its page.
Try this example
Arrange four PNG screenshots as sign in, open settings, change a value and save. Create a four-page PDF in that order and verify that each screen label can be read.

- 2-page PDF
Before you start: One image becomes one page. This does not add searchable text to screenshot pixels.
Number the image PDFWhat you get
Convert PNG images to one PDF. Original mode preserves image transparency; JPEG preparation fills transparent areas white.
Limits and important details
Original mode: 40 images, 40 MiB input, 16 MP per image / 40 MP total; no EXIF correction. Optional preparation: 10 images, 10 MiB each, 40 MiB total, 12 MP per image / 24 MP total before decode, 40 MiB output. Preparation applies browser EXIF orientation and downsizes without upscaling. JPEG is lossy and fills transparency white; PNG preserves transparency. Image size uses prepared dimensions as PDF points. No HEIC or OCR; limits are not a total memory guarantee.
Example
Choose two PNG images and keep original preparation. Create a two-page PDF and inspect transparent areas against the PDF viewer background. JPEG preparation fills transparency white.
